Mrs Doan is the Founder and Strategic Advisor to LIN. Prior to setting up LIN, Dana worked with NPOs in Latin America, the U.S. and Vietnam, leading research efforts to guide the design and evaluation of programs.
From 2003 to 2007, Mrs Doan worked with the U.S.-Vietnam Trade Council and Education Forum, based in HCMC, as an International Trade Policy Analyst. In that role, she organized and facilitated technical assistance programs, bilateral meetings and events for officials representing the U.S. and Vietnamese governments, U.S. companies, and the international trade and aid community.
She has an M.A from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy and a B.A. in History and Spanish from Northwestern University.
Mrs Doan completed a Certificate in Grantmaking and Foundations at the New York University School for Continuing and Professional Studies in 2010.
