LAM NGOC THAO
Lam Ngoc Thao graduated with a Master's degree in Finance and Business Administration from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. She has over 10 years of financial management experience in leadership positions in the nonprofit sector.
She has also been a finance lecturer at several universities and has instructed many leaders of emerging non-profit organizations on internal control.
Lam Ngoc Thao is the current Executive Director of LIN Center for Community Development. With more than 10 years working in the field of finance and nonprofit sector, Ms. Ngoc Thao achieved a lot of success in the corporate sector as well as engaging in activities to improve the efficiency of nonprofit organizations.
PHAM TRUONG SON
DEPUTY DIRECTOR & NPO SERVICES CO-ORDINATOR
Pham Truong Son is responsible for maintaining relationships with local NPOs and managing LIN's activities and programs. Son is a skilled communicator and community organizer with over 10 year experience working with youth, children and vulnerable populations in Vietnam with a specialization in HIV/AIDS issues. Son studied English at Social Science and Humanity University and graduated in Program Management at the Asia Institute for Management in the Philippines.
VÕ NGỌC TUYỀN (KELLY)
Head of Corporate Partnerships & Fundraising
Tuyen (Kelly) joined the team in March 2018 to lead the Corporate Partnerships & Fundraising department. Prior to LIN, Ms. Tuyen has several years of experience as an international Business Development Manager. She has focused on developing markets for agricultural products, including natural teas and wine; and has extensive experience selling and marketing business processing software.
Her NGO experience including serving as regional coordinator for BeCause, a non-governmental organization based in San Jose that provides educational resources for children in underprivileged and under-resourced regions in Vietnam for 6 years.
At LIN, her passion is to promote the philanthropic ways of life in Vietnam and bring different people together to create long term changes.
Donor Relations and Grants Manager
Laura moved to Vietnam in early 2018 from Papua New Guinea where she lived for 3 years, collaborating with local community groups and the PNG government to establish the first safe house for women and children experiencing family violence in East New Britain Province. Laura joined LIN in September 2018, in this role she manages LIN’s major grants and communications with donors. Laura has a degree in International Relations and Development Studies from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
CHU MY THUY LINH
Joining LIN Team since October 2018, Linh is currently responsible for managing programs' strategic planning, procedures, evaluating, and reporting. She has strong experience in project-based management, structuring databases and systems to facilitate projects. Linh started working with non-profit organizations since 2014 in online platform and database system management. She also has experience in implementing sustainable educational programs when working in a CSR Department, and in managing music and performing arts projects to bring high quality education to all children in Ho Chi Minh City.
NGUYEN THI LE THIEU
Marketing & Communication Manager
Thieu began with LIN as Marketing & Communication Manager from April 2019. With a strong background in Marketing, Thieu is currently responsible for managing and delivering LIN’s media and Communication strategy, including responsibility for all major marketing campaigns. She oversees the development and implementation of external and internal communications policies and procedures.

TRAN LE THI LAI
PROGRAM COORDINATOR (NPO PARTNERSHIPS)
Lai has known LIN since 2013 when she was a student in Garment major, she also participated LIN activities as a skilled volunteer before officially joining LIN team as a NPO Services Coordinator in October 2018.
Lai has 5 years of experience Fashion Merchandising. Before that, Lai also had more than 10 years in community development activities (social, cultural, and sports) as a Youth Union official. Lai believes that either a business or a non-profits organization can create social impacts with shared values of their mission and vision. She hopes to continue adding the values to LIN mission of sustainable community development.
LE QUE PHUONG
Program Coordinator (Impact Accelerator)
After over 10 years in Human Resources management in foreign companies, Phuong has decided to work in the non-profit field with a wish to contribute her experience and skills to the community in Vietnam. As a Program Coordinator at LIN Center, she is in charge of Impact Accelerator, which matches volunteers with the resource needs of local non-profits and encourage for a strategic volunteerism in and around Ho Chi Minh City. She is also facilitating a program of capacity development for local young non-profit leaders.
NGUYEN YEN PHUC
Grant Coordinator, Narrow The Gap
Yen Phuc was a founding member of Action for Wildlife Organization (AWO), a nonprofit partner of LIN since 2009. He also has more than 9 working years experience with various roles in community development activities especially in some fields like: wildlife conservation, environment, climate change. Phuc has been a supporter and friend to LIN in many ways and led the volunteer team to organize the very successful Narrow the Gap Community Day "My Village, My Vision 20 years from now". He is now in charge of Narrow The Gap Community Program and support other teams to organize activities for LIN partners to raise their awareness and spread out best practices in community philanthropy. We are excited to welcome Phuc as our Program Coordinator and we are fortunate to have someone with so much energy, enthusiasm and skills to the team.
TRAN XUAN NHAT HAO
Hao joined LIN in November 2018 as the Administration Officer. Freshly graduating in English linguistics and literature from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, he came to LIN as a new breeze. In the first flush of enthusiasm, this young person is eager to take every chance of learning new things through a diversity of tasks. He always strives for the best in his work, from translating to managing the office utilities.
In the bloom of youth and full of eccentric ideas, Hao can bring excitement and grace to the stuffiest structure of a working environment.
