On the same day that LIN visited Ceporer Hoc Mon's Community Garden, they also met with Ceporer Hoc Mon and CHUM, which were collaborating on another funded project entitled, "Follow the Children". This project received VND 30 million from the Narrow the Gap Community Fund.
The project, "Follow The Children," connects children to mentors, who are volunteers trained by the CHUM team. These mentors explain and share basic skills (such as reading, understanding, memory, life skills, self-evaluation, and self-defense) and experiences, such as family meals and listening to live music, in addition to learning about social network security and career counseling. The project also encourages parental skills training.
