Narrow The Gap and the Green Day Diary

From June 20 to July 13, Narrow the Gap Community Fund coordinates with Green Future Of Children – GFOC and Green Generation to organize environmental classes called “Green Day Diary” at 4 Centers for children protection and sponsoring: Khanh Hoi Orphanage Center, Smile Group – Friends of Hung, Thao Dan Social Protection Center and Anh Sang Shelter District 10.

As part of the 100 Green Days Campaign, Green Day Diary is the educational program about the environment for children in hope of spreading the message “Little acts make impact for the environment”.

The program includes simple and funny lessons to help children at the age of 6 – 15 understand environmental issues and easy ways to protect the environment.

After attending the classes, they will receive pretty diaries to record what they did daily to protect the environment. In early July, the organizing members will come back to review the lessons and help the children to make useful things from recycled material. The children who keep doing little green acts throughout 2 weeks will be rewarded.
