Han has an MA in Leadership and Organization for Sustainability from Malmö University, Sweden (via the Swedish Institute Scholarships program) and a B.Econ in International Economics from University of Economics and Law, VNU-HCM.
She started her career as a market researcher at Kantar Worldpanel Vietnam. Soon later she found her true calling in serving underserved communities when volunteering for several causes and decided to stay in the not-for-profit sector in 2010. Since 2014, she has been involved in sustainability field, youth empowerment and social innovation with different roles incl. sponsorship/partnership building, market research and co-creation workshop/design thinking workshop facilitation.
Han started volunteering for LIN in 2015. She was a Grant Allocation Committee member for Narrow the Gap (2015-2017) and has been a design thinking workshop facilitator (since 2018) for Hat Nhan Thay Doi (Impact Accelerator). Han currently works as a coordinator for Youth-led Innovation lab, a project between UNICEF and Saigon Innovation Hub.
